The focus on this position is to: create, develop, and produce original, quality instructional/presentation materials and/or learning packages in support of academic instruction at UCM. The individual in this position provides consultations and training on instructional technologies and software for UCM's faculty and staff in support and enhancement of instruction, and is required to be current and practiced on quality management activities per the University's chosen quality assurance program. Certified or willingness to become certified (within 1 year of employment) in QM rubrics and as a QM Peer Reviewer.Preferred:4. Demonstrated experience with hybrid course design and assessment.5. Demonstrated familiarity with Quality Matters or Online Consortium standards.6. Experience using Microsoft Windows and Office suite and Internet and browser applications.7.
