Essential Functions
Hematopoietic and vascular development and regeneration - Washington University School of Medicine
A postdoctoral position is available to study hematopoietic and vascular development and regeneration. We utilize an in vitro differentiation model of embryonic stem (ES) cells and early mouse embryos to address self-renewal, lineage commitment, and differentiation of the hematopoietic and vascular systems. We also utilize single-cell technologies, including RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, bar-coding, and lineage tracing. We hope to apply the findings to regenerative medicine and therapeutic interventions for hematopoietic and vascular diseases.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D. degree.
- Strong background in molecular biology, cell biology, embryonic stem cell research, epigenetics, or mouse genetics.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual who can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of independence and the ability to think critically.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong publication record.
Salary Range
Base pay commensurate with experience.
