This position is full-time and works approximately 37.5 hours per week.

Essential Functions
The postdoctoral research associate will be responsible for an interdisciplinary project developing computational models to characterize the oxytocin signaling. Additionally, the postdoc will be responsible for preparing publications. Some travel to scientific meetings to present research results will be required. The postdoc is expected to closely work with Associate Professor Princess Imoukhuede in managing research activities in the lab and developing models while assisting students with research.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as: bioengineering/biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science/engineering, applied mathematics, biophysics, or a related area before the date of joining.
- At least two to three years of experience in the following areas:
- Protein signaling.
- Mathematics/statistics.
- Programming languages (e.g., SBML, Matlab, Python, etc.).
Salary Range
Base pay commensurate with experience.
