Position:

Population Health Playbook Specialist

Position Summary:

Participates in the development of operational and clinical programs that drive population health initiatives for clients. Manages program development plans and develops program artifacts or related deliverables. Organizes, prepares, and participates in stakeholder meetings and ensures that program development milestones and deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages Population Health Playbook program development project plans and support development of key process deliverables.

  • Organizes, attends, and participates in cross-disciplinary workgroup meetings throughout the program development lifecycle.

  • Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Supports preparation of necessary presentation materials for stakeholder meetings, including the Playbook Executive Committee report outs for leadership.

  • Assesses project risks and provides mitigation strategies where applicable.

  • Collaborates with team members to identify barriers and dependencies to completing tasks.

  • Partners with leadership to maintain Playbook prioritization roadmap including key enhancements to existing programs.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA in related field of study

  • 3+ years of experience working within healthcare operations

  • Firm project management skills and knowledge of project management best practices and principles

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures

  • Self-starter with the ability to work on tight deadlines

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.
