The Boeing Company Experienced Customer Training Specialist in St. Louis, Missouri
Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for one Customer Training Specialist to join the Special Programs and Services, Proprietary Programs team in St. Louis, MO., that will conducts analyze and evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
Develops all aircrew and maintenance proprietary programs training elements for new or fielded major equipment system or multiple sub systems
Assists with analysis of customer technical training needs
Gathers, examines and interprets general technical data to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design
Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of basic technical training
Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Export Control Requirement:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) The investigation date may not be older than six years.
Applicant must include current security clearance and date on resume
Minimum of 1 year of experience with F-15 integrated avionics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with developing training material
Typical Education & Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
