Seeking an experienced Aircrew Instructor to be a subject matter expert for the T-X training system analysis and courseware development in support of aircraft development and test and customer training system support center.

This position may be located at Universal City, TX or St Louis, MO as business needs require.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develops technical proposals for high performance aircrew training. • Monitors training project budgets and schedules. • Determines customer requirements and develops training courses and materials to satisfy requirements. • Teaches developed courses using a variety of media and training devices. • Assesses participant learning and adjusts presentation to ensure successful understanding by all students. • Works under consultative direction.

• Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. • Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training. • Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness. • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. • Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities. • Ensures accuracy and quality of training products. Coaches and develops others.

This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Minimum 2 years T-38 Instructor Pilot experience. • Previous courseware development experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • F-15/F-16/F-22 Instructor Pilot experience is beneficial • Previous experience in training needs analysis is desirable.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
