Research Scientist - Agricultural Formulations Research Scientist - Agricultural Formulations - Skills Required - Agricultural Formulations, Chemistry, Biologicals

We manufacture/market nitrogen management aids, specialty fertilizers, adjuvants, and micronutrients that enhance farming applications (All products developed in-house). We continuously monitor our projects to make sure we get the best performance.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop specialty additives and solutions for the agriculture industry

  • Develop agricultural formulations such as emulsifiable concentrates, wettable powders, soluble liquids, suspension concentrates, capsule suspensions, water-

dispersible granules, and seed treatments based on current and future customer and market needs

  • Design and scale-up new molecules for laboratory and field trial evaluation in collaboration with formulators, synthetic chemists, analytical chemists, and

production department

  • Maintain laboratory records

  • Support Field Trials

What You Need for this Position

  • BS or Master s (or equivalent experience) in chemistry or related field

  • Demonstrated ability to develop robust agricultural formulations
