IQVIA, in partnership with Supernus Pharmaceuticals, is excited to announce that we are looking for experienced and highly self-motivated Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) with experience in that we are looking for experienced and highly self-motivated Project Lead for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) with experience in: neurological disorders such as epilepsy, ADHD, etc.

MSL Project Lead Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for being the primary contact and for managing all aspects of the client MSL team and associated projects.

  • Works closely with client to develop ongoing strategy and align activities/metrics to client organizational and project goals based on on-going project analysis.

  • Works closely with Field to provide coaching and guidance on aligning business objectives, team performance and professional development.

  • Additional responsibilities include supporting client and CSMS staff in achievement of project objectives through team building, coaching, training, motivating and managing.

  • Ensures budgets are controlled and standards and performance meet or exceed objectives. Ensures all MSL and associated projects are compliant with client and IQVIA regulatory and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas: Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare i.e. Managed Care Organizations with progressive experience in disease management.

  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical MSL management experience required

  • Advanced computer skills knowledge and data base knowledge

  • Financial / Business acumen including oversight in expense reporting, activity reports and business planning.

  • Ability to meet travel demands (70% time in field, other travel may be required)

  • Master’s Degree required

  • Doctorate Degree preferred
