What we’re looking for: You are a multimedia learning professional with experience creating engaging and effective solutions for instructor led and digital experiences. You thrive on quickly learning technical products and technologies with minimal direction, and have an interest in translating that knowledge into innovative learning. You have proven expertise driving, designing and producing amazing content that enables users to master complex tasks, with a professional portfolio to demonstrate your skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, design and produce digital learning solutions, from vetting needs, to setting the concept, building prototypes, creating scripts, to publishing it on our LMS. This might include recorded videos, animations and e-learning content;

  • Produce innovative instructor-led content including but not limited to: presentation slides, instructor guides, job aids, lab instructions, assessment and credential questions;

  • Manage content development from start to finish for projects of low to medium complexity, from the initial outline to the finished product, through rounds of edits and revisions;

  • Manage development projects and act as a liaison with third party vendors;

  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on the Salesforce platform;

Experience/Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a content creator, learning designer, or curriculum developer in a professional capacity, with samples to show it;

  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and application of theory to learning deliverables;

  • Has experience with technical writing, graphic design, and video production;

  • Has experience contributing to learning content that makes challenging, complex ideas, concepts, and tasks understandable and appealing to a variety of audiences;

  • Has the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment;

  • Knows how to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market fast;

  • Strong organization, project management, planning, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills;

  • Has completed at least a badge or two in Trailhead and is eager to earn more;

  • Hands-on experience using, administering, or developing with Salesforce;

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and principles;

  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically to support learning programs.
