Qualifications:
* This is a permanent position working with young dairy bull calves. * Providing care for the animals consisting of; Feeding, data collection, cattle movement and weighing, weed eating and general grounds feeding of milk replacer and starter, medical evaluation and treatment of animals, administering vaccinations, castrating, dehorning, data collection, bedding and cleaning pens, * Some weekends and holidays required. * General equipment operating (operating a skid steer, power washing) * Other duties as assigned. *Requirements: * * High school diploma. * Valid Drivers License. * Must obtain a Class E. * Ability to lift 50lbs. * Must be able to work outside in both hot and cold conditions. * Prior experience working with cattle and farm equipment is preferred. * Basic computer skills. * Must be able to work well in a diverse environment.
